3. Soap Box Derby car is being driven once per year.  The issue is a lack of parent or responsible adult to attend with the youth from St. Joseph’s Villa.  Brian Cacia will see if a counselor from the Villa or a Greece Rotary Member would be willing to support this role to allow the car to be driven an average of once per month during the derby season.

2. Del Smith – The LPGA is looking for a new Concession Manager.  Contact Del if interested.

3. Del Smith – The LPGA is looking for a crew to either set-up or tear down for the LPGA for a full day.  Del agreed to lead a team and is signing up club members to assist.  Time is 9:00 to 3:00.  Dates in consideration are June 12 to 17 and 25 to 26.  Contact Del if interested.

4. Tracy Wooden – Greece Central School District is looking for a $1,500 contribution to assist with the Bridges program for school youth.  The program teaches basic business skills.  Rich will research and determine if this may be a duplication of a former Greece Chamber of Commerce (GCofC) support initiative.  There was some discussion that this may be a better match for the GC than Greece Rotary.

5. Dan Barletta – Presented a draft 2007-2008 budget for review in preparation for next months formal review and subsequent approval.

6. Dan Barletta – Presented a comparison of Greece Rotary restricted funds policy to District 7120's policy.  This will be reviewed at next month’s BoD meeting.
