Today’s program and Speakers:

Our guest speaker today was Jennifer Sciarabba.  Jennifer is Vice-President in charge of Programs for the Junior Achievement.  The Junior Achievement was founded in 1918 as a group to help educate people about the world of work.

Jennifer is looking for volunteers to talk to a class of elementary students in the town about their jobs and needed skills for the position.  Jennifer had Rich Vogelzang and Diane Berardicurti tell of there efforts as volunteers in the organization.

Jennifer is looking for people to share 5 hours of their time in a Greece Elementary school.  Junior Achievement needs you to be a role model and share your work experience with the students.  They will supply you the training, curriculum and lessons plans and material you’ll need to do the job.  All that is asked is that you bring an enthusiastic smile, a supply of experiences to share and expect to be welcomed by warm, energetic children.

There is a need for 6 people to help.  If you are interested, you can contact Jennifer at the JA Office @ 327-7400.

50/50 – John Zink
