LPGA Thank You to All the Workers at our LPGA Food Concession Tent! This is a note of thanks to all the Greece Rotarians, their families and friends that helped make our week at the LPGA a productive and profitable event. With our larger tent, and a dedicated staff of managers, chefs, counter and cash register personnel, we collected $37, 958, $4500 over last year’s sales. On Friday we had $9,500 in sales, the highest food concession tent for the week. Our total week sales were the highest also. Plus we served Don Riley’s RTS drivers again this year, and those sales are not yet included. Therefore total sales will exceed $40,000. One thing that makes us so productive is our dedication as a club to this annual event, and almost all our members participate and show up on, and we have fun. Throughout the week, tournament officials thanked us for our strong efforts. And we reminded them that we’re doing for the kids. Because we know the kids at the Sunshine Camp and Camp Haccamo will really benefit from our efforts. In closing, I have been coordinating our club’s tent concession program for 5 years, and it’s time to move on. Del Smith, a person with high Rotary standards and leadership abilities has agreed to take over the reins for next year and beyond. And I know you will continue to support our club’s efforts at this annual event. Again, thank you for all your dedication and hard work. The kids will appreciate it!

The next highest stand was Gates-Chili/Honeoye Falls/Mendon with $36,986.40.
