Announcements: Anita and Rich Vogelzang thank the club members for their concern and support following their accident. Tom Shay pointed out that Ziti participation is mandatory. There is a $100 fine for no shows. You can send someone in your place by making prior arrangements with Tom. Kitchen crew is to show up at 7 AM, all others are to show up at about 9 AM, no later than 9:30. Gary Krauss has $6800 in ticket money. This is lagging last year’s sales slightly. Tickets were mailed to those who did not pick up any. Sell those Ziti tickets! Dianne Berardicurti has $950 in ad sales to date. This is behind last year’s sales. Ad copy must be in by Friday the 24th but ad money must be paid before then, by Wednesday the 22nd.

Tom Lawson thanks all club members who made the children’s Christmas party a success. 130 kids and 100 of their caregivers were guests of the club this year.
February 1 Ground Hog day events will be held at the Greece Rotary Lodge. Stay tuned for details.
Today’s program and Speakers: Judy Seil of the Monroe County Economic Development Division spoke on the division’s programs on behalf of business in Monroe County. These include COMIDA tax exceptions to business that create new jobs, Empire Zones with tax incentives, Foreign Trade Zones with tax incentives, assisting in obtaining venture capital, 504 loans for purchasing facilities, rebates for capital equipment purchases, and sources for revolving loans for small business.
