So far we have collected over $29,000.00 with a net over $25,000.00.  There are still a large number of members who are still in need of sending in their moneys.  The Board will be reviewing the list of delinquent members at the next board meeting.

Golf Tournament – June 9th We need golf sponsors.  See Sue Edgett or Gene Noga for details.  Hole Sponsors are $75.00 and are tax deductible as advertising business expense.  Help is also needed during the day. 2003 Rotary Golf Brochure

LPGA putting contest.  If you would like to join the championship putting team, please contact Bill Testa.

LPGA – Chuck Krause

Chuck gave an update on the upcoming LPGA tournament.  The LPGA is struggling financially this year.  Having the PGA in town is affecting it.

The LPGA is asking for help.  The ways Rotarians can help are:

1) Look for any non-profit organizations to help sell raffle tickets.  The organization will keep 50% of the moneys collected selling the tickets.

2) Have Rotarians sell more raffle tickets.

3) Help sell seats in Big Top.  The seats cost $125.00 each but there is a special deal buy two and get the third free.  There is free food and beverage available and a brunch is available on Sunday.  There is special pricing for 8 seats or more.

4) Sell more tournament tickets, etc.  If there is a special interest contact Chuck or tournament office.

5) Volunteers are needed for event.  Course marshals, markers, reporters, security marshals are sorely needed.

Camp Haccamo – Day of Caring is April 25th.  Chuck is looking for a volunteer to help coordinate and assist the volunteers who work there that day.

Dave Nagel reminded the club that our goal this year is to reach 110 members by July.  We are now at 101.  Please ask prospective members to attend.

Deb Whitt is the club’s lead for the Rotary Centennial Celebration to occur in 2 years.  She is looking for other members to join her to develop a project for the club to commemorate this event.
